TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 Acceptance of these terms and conditions by customers is deemed as being accepted when a booking is made.

 

Transfers

Booking and Service Fee of $3.00 per booking applies to all website bookings.

Payments: Can also be made via cash, internet banking, bank  deposit,Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Amounts paid with a credit card over the phone  will incur a 2.5% booking  fee.

 

Safety: Whilst the “company” will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of passengers,

passengers travel at their own risk.

Passengers should remain seated at all times and put on seat belts (where fitted).

Smoking: Federal and State Law prohibits any type of smoking on the bus.

 

Valuables: All property, luggage and valuables remain the responsibility of their

owners. The “company” will not be held responsible if items are broken, lost or stolen.

 

Photos: Please be aware that any photos taken aboard our buses may be used for advertising

and or for security purposes, they remain the property of the “company”

and will not be sold or distributed without the “companys” consent.

 

We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we offer the very best in customer

service satisfaction; however there may be times, due to an act outside of our control,

where we fail to deliver the highest quality of service. If this happens please let management know

and we will make every endeavour to rectify the problem.

 If paying by cash , we accept no responsibility  for any delays caused by traffic, accidents delayed flights or airport issues.

 

In the event a customer cannot be located for whatever reason, to avoid any

inconvenience to fellow customers, our drivers have been instructed to continue

on their journey. We will try to accommodate the customer on the next available

service. If for any reason there is a misunderstanding between the driver and the

customer and after discussing it with office management we feel the customer

has been inconvenienced, we will endeavour to reimburse the customer accordingly.

 

For any passenger that decides to pay cash, we will not be

responsible for any reimbursement of any alternative

transport that you may choose to take.

 

Please note that it is under the discretion of the driver to sometimes arrive 15-20

minutes earlier than stated when your pickup time is confirmed. This can be due

to traffic conditions, accidents, etc. It is your responsibility to be ready 15 - 30

minutes prior to pickup time. If you are not ready when the driver arrives we

cannot guarantee that he can take you to your destination and a refund will not

be given.

 If a particular pick up time is specified by you, we are not responsible if you miss your flight, train or ship.

The driver will call on approach to give you ample time to be ready; we ask that

you be ready so as not to inconvenience other passengers that may already be

on the bus.

 

 FOR ALL PASSENGERS BEING PICKED UP FROM THE AIRPORT, THEY MUST CALL THEIR DESINATED DRIVER OR THE OFFICE TO NOTIFY OF THEIR ARRIVAL

 

Alcohol: The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus.

 

The cancellation of bookings will be subjected to the following:

Cancellation with more than 24 hrs notice prior to pick up = Full Refund.

Cancellation between 12-24 hrs notice prior to pick up = Full Refund less admin.

fee of $5.00.

Cancellation within 12 hrs notice prior to pick up = 50% Refund.

If a driver is at your location and they are unable to get you or you are not able to be contactable = No Refund

 

Tours/Charters and Promotional Sales

 

All sale and special offer fares available until sale ends or sale or special offer is

sold out.

Promotional sales prices based on payment by  Credit Card or Debit

Card bookings through www.northsideshuttle.com

Beverages: Safety Regulations PROHIBIT GLASS containers on board bus

 

Fighting: The throwing of objects out of windows, fighting, rioting or vandalism to

personal property or property of the “company” will result in the passengers’

immediate termination from the bus and if police intervention is required the

persons responsible will be liable for any financial loss. No refunds will be given.

Any additional costs will be at the customers own expense.

 

The cancellation of bookings will be subjected to the following:

Cancellation with more than 48 hrs notice prior to pick up = Full Refund.

 

Cancellation between 24-48 hrs notice prior to pick up = Full Refund less admin.

fee of $5.00.

Cancellation within 24 hrs notice prior to pick up = 50% Refund.

If a driver is at your location and they are unable to get you or you are not able to

be contactable = No Refund

 

Bonds: All tours have a $500.00 damage excess fee. If any damage has been

caused by passengers the “company” will carry out the necessary repairs and the

bill will be responsibility of the organizing individual.

The “company” will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally

or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and/or organiser

will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Cancellation during the week of the tour; Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable

and no credit will be issued.

 

 

Definition: “Company” refers to Combined Auto Logistics Pty Ltd t/a Northside Shuttle or any other party that has been engaged to offer transportation services.
