    • How can I find out who my driver is? You will receive an sms and or an email the night before, if not please call office and confirm your details
    • How many buses do you operate? We have a total of 13 buses available for use in our fleet
    • Can I contact anyone after hours? Our drivers answer the phones from 4.00am till 8am, where the office staff take over and again at night till 11pm after the office closes. You will always have some one to talk to.
    • What hours do you operate till? As long as there is a booking made by you we are available from first flight till the last one. 
      The drivers start their pick ups from 4am in the morning, we can pick up earlier but there is a $10 surcharge payable to driver on day.
      The drivers finish their last pick up from airport at 11pm.
    • How many drivers do you have.? and can I call them? We have over 28 drivers and we sms/email you your driver details the night before.
    • How often do you service your buses? We service our buses as per the manufacturers requirements, which is generally every 10k km
    • Can your driver assist me if needed? All our drivers are very helpful and courteous if you have any requirements please ask. The only exception is they are not allowed to leave their vehicles at the airport, they are only allowed to drop you off and then they are required to drive off.

    Office

      • Why do you send 2 sms/email after my booking? The first notification is a confirmation of booking, we are human and a mistake could have been made during taking or inputting the booking, so we ask that you check the details and if anything is incorrect then call the office straight away and correct it. If everything is correct then the night before when we allocate the drivers we will send you a reminder with the drivers name and his contact details.
      • What days do you operate?
        We operate 365 days of the year
      • Why do I pay a surcharge for public holidays?
        Like every other industry, we pay the holiday rates.
      • What happens if my flight is delayed
        We monitor all flights that come in and if your flight is delayed then the driver passes your information to the next available driver and he will meet you.
      • Can I contact anyone after hours.

      • How flexible is your service.
        We have a fleet of over 13 buses we are one of the largest in Sydney, we try to be as flexible as possible.
      • What happens if your bus breaks down.
        We have a total of 13 buses to call upon, we have never used 13 at once so we have spare buses if needed in time of emergencies.

    Traveling to Airport

        • Do I have to wait out on the street?
          No our drivers will call you on approach to let you know how far away they are, this will give you time to be ready
        • What days do you operate?
          We operate 365 days of the year
        • Why do I have to be ready 15 min before I'm due to be picked up?
          Because Sydney traffic is unpredictable, its unrealistic to give an exact time for your pick up. To be fair on other passengers on board we ask that you are ready so that when the driver arrives we don't inconvenience any passengers on the bus
        • Why does the driver make me wait until he puts my luggage in the bus?
          There have been instances where items have been left behind, we rather be safe than sorry.
        • What if the driver damages my luggage?
          The driver will take utmost care in loading your luggage, but if you have concerns you are more than welcome to load and unload your own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for any damage accidentally caused to your luggage
        • What hours do you work from?

    Pick Up From Airport

        • Why do I have to pay $6.25 when I get picked up from airport?
          Macquarie Airport charge us $6.25 for every 20min to park and get passengers for domestic pick ups and $6.25 for every 30min for international pick ups
        • Why do I have to call driver when I am at the airport?
          The waiting bay for the buses is about 15-20min away and  the drivers are not allowed to stay too long at the designated pick up location. It helps the driver to know when to come in to meet you.
        • Why do we have to wait at Inside carousel no5 for domestic flights?
          It's a centralized location and also the place where the buses park to pick you up from has no seats or cover from the outside elements.
        • Why do we have to wait at Inside near McDonalds for international flights?
          It's a centralized location and also the place where the buses park to pick you up from has no seats or cover from the outside elements.
        • Why does the driver make me wait until he puts my luggage in the bus?

    Cleaning/Damage Fee

    Please note that if you or any of your party/children spill, vomit or in anyway damage whatsoever any part of the bus, a surcharge will apply and will automatically be taken from your credit card according to the cost to replace/repair or clean the item . A minimum charge of $50.00 will apply.
