You will get an sms/email within 48 hrs of your booking to confirm your booking details, if there is anything entered incorrectly please call the office on 9909 6666 or email asap.
You will also receive an sms/email the night before and that will have your pick up time as well as your drivers details.
Please call the office if you DO NOT receive a notification of your pick up for the next day
On day of travel our drivers will call you on approach to let you know how far away they are, this will give you time to be ready and make it comfortable for all others on board
Because Sydney traffic is unpredictable, its unrealistic to give an exact time for your pick up, that is why we give you a 15 minute window for pick up. To be fair on other passengers on board we ask that you are ready so that when the driver arrives we don’t inconvenience any passengers on the bus
The driver will take utmost care in loading your luggage, but if you have concerns you are more than welcome to load and unload your own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for any damage accidentally caused to your luggage. There have been instances where items have been left behind, so please make sure all your items are on the bus before you board yourself.
