Pick Up From Airport

• Why do I wait so long at airport to be picked up?
  There are many factors, the traffic in around the airport precinct is very busy, our holding bay is about 20 min away. The driver maybe coming from another terminal. If at international, its very hard to determine how far away a passenger is so they give an extra 5-10 min for them to get out of security, customs etc
  
  
• Why do I have to pay $5 when I get picked up from airport?
  Macquarie Airport charge us $5 for every 20min to park and get passengers for domestic pick ups and $6 for every 20min for international pick ups
  
  
• Why do I have to call driver when I am at the airport?
  The waiting bay for the buses is about 15-20min away and sometimes the airport’s monitors don’t update the arrival information regularly and we have situations where the passenger is at terminal waiting for their driver and the driver is at the holding bay waiting for the flight information to be updated.
  
  
• Why do we have to wait at Inside carousel no5 for domestic flights?
  It’s a centralized location and also the place where we are permitted to park has no seats or cover
  
  
• Why do we have to wait at Inside near McDonalds for international flights?
  It’s a centralized location and also the place where we are permitted to park has no seats or cover
  
  
  
• Why does the driver make me wait until he puts my luggage in the bus?
  There have been instances where items have been left behind, we rather be safe than sorry.
  
  
• What if the driver damages my luggage?
  The driver will take utmost care in loading your luggage, but if you have concerns you are more than welcome to load and unload your own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for any damage accidentally caused to your luggage.
  
  
• What hours do you work till?
  The drivers last pick ups from the airport is 10pm, we can pick up for later flights but there is a $10 surcharge payable to driver on day.
