Our booking system allows you to book and pay online with a minimum of 3 days notice. We will confirm your pick up details within 24 hours of receiving your booking online.
All bookings made 1 day prior to departure or arrival must be made via the call centre on 9909 6666 as it can take up to 3 days via paypal for the bookings to be processed. If you do not get a confirmation email/sms from us within 48 hrs of booking please call the office.
We believe communication is vital in making your trip to the airport as comfortable and as reliable as possible without having the stress and hassle of worrying whether your shuttle bus will be picking you up or not. We are the only company in the Northern Beaches that sends an automated email/sms notification when you make a booking. That way if there are any alterations that need to be made to your booking it can be done asap
You will also receive a reminder email/sms the night before, that information will include the driver’s name and number and also your pick up time. If you DO NOT receive an email and or an sms the night before please call office to verify your pick up time.
Please note, if you book the night before after 6pm for traveling the next day, this booking WILL not be processed, please call the office on 9909 6666 to ensure that we can pick you up on such short notice.
